New Zealand Section

The International Police Association (IPA) is a Friendship Organisation offering learning, travel and leisure benefits for serving and retired Police personnel. It is the largest international Police organisation of its kind in the world, with nearly 420,000 members in over 66 countries.

The New Zealand Section of the IPA was founded in May 1966 and admitted as the 40th section in September 1966. It has evolved into a prominent section within the world-wide IPA family, and has a membership that continues to grow year by year.

Our Association is open to all serving and retired members of the New Zealand Police. We also welcome retired Police personnel who have settled here in NZ.

The Association is committed to the principals set out in the Universal Declaration Of Human Rights as adopted by the United Nations on 10th December 1948.

26 November - Christmas Lunch and golf

We will holding our region 2 Christmas lunch on the 26th of November. For those golfers out there you can play a fairly cheap round of golf beforehand as well.
Time: 12:30am - 5:00pm
Location: St Andrews Golf Club, St Andrews Terrace, Hamilton
Cost: $26 for lunch Golf 9 holes $30 (estimation 2 hours play); 18 holes $50 A limited bag of golf clubs can be hired for $45, Hire of Golf carts $20 for 9 holes and $40 for 18
