Patches and helmets - from Australia
My name is Mark Kibbler; I am a Senior Constable with the Western Australia Police and a member of the International Police Association (member number AUS.6377).
I am also a collector of Police patches and Police helmets. I've created an email subscriber list for collectors of Police Hats & Helmets and am inviting any interested members of the IPA to join up.
There are many lists for collectors of patches and badges, but none for collectors of Police headgear and I figure that anyone who collects ONLY headgear probably won't join a list which specialises in patches, so I'm hoping to provide members with an opportunity to increase their circle of contacts by corresponding and trading with collectors they haven't dealt with before.

Patches - from Poland
Polish Police Officer, Adam Paziu has many rare and interesting police patches, which he wants to sell. He’s a collector. He collects Polish eagles on caps. He has more than 700 different items.
If you are interested, he can send you scans of patches he has for sale. He is looking for a Walter P99 holster and belt and police T-shirts. He’s sure you will find something interesting to add your collections and looks forward to future trades with you.
