Forms


This section contains the various forms you will need to become a member of the IPA.

Other forms are available to members to maintain their membership, and enjoy the benefits of travel as an IPA member, these are available in the forms section of the members only area.


Membership

If you would like to become a member of the New Zealand IPA, download and complete the membership application form, then follow the instructions at the bottom of the form.


You need to include an authority for Bank deduction for payment of the annual subscription of $44.00 (or an authority for Credit Union deduction of $1.70 per pay period or a cheque with form).


Membership card replacement

Please sign into the members only area and choose the forms page.


Change of personal details

If you need to update us with any changes in your personal details (phone, address, email address etc), Please sign into the members only area and choose the forms page.


International travel assistance

Complete the International Travel Form by signing into the members only area and choose the forms page.

if you are intending to travel overseas and want to take advantage of the benefits the International Police Association. Please complete the form in accordance with the attached guidelines. Further information can be found in the Travel Section.
