New Zealand Section

The International Police Association (IPA) is a Friendship Organisation offering learning, travel and leisure benefits for serving and retired Police personnel. It is the largest international Police organisation of its kind in the world, with nearly 420,000 members in over 66 countries.

The New Zealand Section of the IPA was founded in May 1966 and admitted as the 40th section in September 1966. It has evolved into a prominent section within the world-wide IPA family, and has a membership that continues to grow year by year.

Our Association is open to all serving and retired members of the New Zealand Police. We also welcome retired Police personnel who have settled here in NZ.

26 November - Christmas Lunch

With Christmas fast approaching it's time to start planning and organising our Christmas lunch. Brian Husband has kindly taken on this responsibility and has organised for region 2 to go to the St Andrews Golf Club for our lunch. The menu is listed below at a cost of $26 per per with a subsidy to be provided by the region. Everyone is welcome, partners, kids, friends so come along and catch up. There is a full bar there for members to make use of as well smile For those golfers out there there is a chance to do a bit of golf beforehand, 9 holes $30 (estimation 2 hours play); 18 holes $50. there is a limited bag of golf clubs which can be hired for $45, Hire of Golf carts $20 for 9 holes and $40 for 18.
