Region Four - Wellington Police District
Region Four of the New Zealand Section of the IPA includes as far north as the Wairarapa and the Kapiti Coast which is the Wellington Police District. It also includes Police National Headquarters and the Royal New Zealand Police College and has a membership of 188.
The Region is strategically placed in the ‘centre’ of New Zealand and hosts a number of overseas visitors travelling between the two islands.
During the year it also hosts one meeting of the IPA National Executive and socially the highlight of the year is the annual Christmas party hosted by the Commissioner of Police at Police National Headquarters.
